Note: Extent of proposals to the above should be clearly indicated e.g. repair of existing, retention of existing, reinstatement of missing elements, 1-for-1 replacements or proposed removal.

* A restored building is a conserved building which has been restored according to the conservation guidelines and has been issued a Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) clearance.
